This isn’t just a blog.
It’s a shift.
It’s a remembering.
A weekly gut-check with the part of me I’ve ignored, silenced, edited, and buried under expectations for way too long.
For the next 365 days — my 44th trip around the sun — I’m going to show up here and write to myself.
Every single week.
Not for clicks.
Not for approval.
Not for the version of me who always made sure everyone else was comfortable.
This is for the woman under the noise.
The one who’s tried to be perfect, enough, desirable, responsible, small, good, agreeable, strong.
The one who’s been a daughter, a mother, a wife, a leader, a rebel, a chameleon, a believer, a mess.
And now?
I’m just trying to figure out who I am underneath all the roles I’ve played.
I’m not writing to teach you something.
I’m writing to finally hear myself.
But if you’re here — reading this — and something in you is cracking open or whispering me too…
then maybe you’re supposed to be here, too.
This space will be messy.
Some weeks I’ll write things I’m scared to say out loud.
Some weeks I’ll ask questions I don’t have answers to.
Some weeks I’ll talk about numbers and signs and things you’ve maybe never explored.
But mostly — I’ll be honest.
With myself.
With you.
With the process.
That’s The Internal Edit.
Not a brand.
Not a trend.
Not a persona.
It’s the practice of telling the truth to yourself — consistently —
and watching what unfolds when you stop pretending and start listening.
So… yeah.
We’re doing this.
No turning back.
No filters.
No fluff.
Just one soul’s journey, one sentence at a time.

Meet the Voice Behind the Edit
mom, deep-feeler, wanderer, and the voice behind the words you didn’t know you needed.
This is where she writes her way home – and maybe helps you remember yours, too.
